"I gave an employer 7 resumes of graduates to interview. He called to do a phone screen and schedule interviews. Guess how many interviews he scheduled? Zero. People didn’t answer their phone, their voicemail was full, had disconnected numbers (they didn’t update the CS resume), or had crazy music as their voicemail. Do you want to miss a job because of that? When someone says to me, 'but no one is calling me for an interview', this is the first thing I think of."
