There are also many costs involved in making movies that most people do not know about. There are the costs of the actors, directors, and all the other workers on the movie sets. The costs of the sets, locations, accommodations, and all the other things that are needed can also add up very quickly. Once the movie has been shot, there are many costs added in the editing process, especially if computer-assisted graphics are needed for the movie. Once the movie is ready to be released to the public, the costs increase even more. Advertising and promoting the movie, along with distributing the movie to the theaters can cost as much as the movie itself. All along the way, everyone involved in the movie is trying to make money and hoping that their movie will generate enough revenue to make a profit.
