I would draw a line from (40,20) to (80,8)

Step-by-step explanation:(40,2) is an outlier, so I wont use that.  I am roughly estimating that it I were to draw line from those points, It would have about the same number of dots above and below the line which tells me it is a line of best fit. Slope would be about -3 every 10 temperature climb.
