Yes, I think Strength does come in different forms. There is physical strength, emotional, and patience and more. People with any type of those strengths are capable of so much.

The first type of strenth-physical. This includes muscles. You can be physically strong by working out and doing activities to stay in shape. The activities can be anything as simple as running, swimming, or as complex as doing Russian and planks for two minutes.

The next form of strength is emotional. In life things will not always go as planned, and there is not anything we can do about it. We have to make the decision ourselves to adapt to it as best as we possibly can. Not everyone feels that they are capable of this, which is quite sad. As times get bad, we tend to listen to our hearts and not our brains.

Finally, the last example of strength I am going to share is strength through patience. Have you ever had to deal with an annoying sibling, but you knew it would make them feel better if you still hung out together? That took patience just to make them happy. It is not always easy to be patient. There are things that upset us and we let it overwhelm us and we 'explode'. We do not all have what it takes to remain patient. As time develops, these things that test us build our strength. As we react positively to them, we will know how to react to any other situation that crosses your way.
