What is the main idea of the first stanza of "Auspex"?

A) My heart is beating very quickly at the moment, and I wonder how long it will last.

B) I love moving quickly and feeling as if I cannot stop at the end of the day.

As we know the stanza refers to the verses in Greek or Latin. For the Auspex poem, is organized in a way that each stanza is a compound sentence and each line makes a phrase. And it is also interesting to see the energy that the author has in this first stanza.
