So here is the formula: Cubic Meters to Milliliters formula
mL = [tex]\frac{m^3}{0.0000010000}[/tex]
mL = m³ * 1000000
mL = 2160 * 1000000
mL = 2.160000e+9
result in exponential format: 2.16e+9
