A Psychiatrist. A psychiatrist needs to know the human anatomy because they need to be able to prescribe medicine while also knowing the consequences of the patients body. If a psychiatrist was to prescribe a medicine without knowing the human anatomy the psychiatrist would be at risk of injuring the patient. In conclusion learning the human anatomy and mastering it would be helpful for a psychiatrist because it prevents less risk of harming a patient while prescribing a medication.
