Depression is making you very sad. It may or may not have a specific reason.

But, guess what? To get rid of something, you don't have to know why it's there.

Two things you could do to improve:

1. Talk to someone who will listen.

2. Go for a run early in the morning.

I've been there, done that, and it worked.
