Here are some of the qualities that I have:
1. I'm a good listener - this means that people can trust me and that I will take their opinions into consideration
2. I'm charming - people generally like charming people who can just sweep them off their feet
3. I'm a good speaker - I have good ideas and can persuade people into believing me

1. Independence - although I can be independent when I have to, I prefer working in a group; if I work on this quality, I can show people that I can handle things on my own

A leader has a great vision and a very influencive personality. He has Integrity, Honesty, and active listening skill while he need to work on his communication and confidence.
Leadership:

- Honest: A good leader must be honest with his team and his-self.
- Active Listening: A good leader listen other with great sincerity.
- Self Confidence: A great leader always believe that he can make a difference.
- Strong Communication: A good leader choose the words accordingly and let others to share their ideas.
After research it has been observed that most of the people has integrity, honesty, and active listening skills. They need to work on their communication skills and self-confidence.
