Alright, so for number 11. I would choose the third choice : an unbiased site, updated frequently. I choose this because you can get facts and " hard core" pure information without opinions altering it, that also is up to date so it is not dated.  For number 17. I would choose the first choice : Non-fiction. I would choose this because the story of an author's life is true because it actually happened in real life. I hope this helps! : )
