Respuesta :

I would say the second choice, It decided that Florida Supreme Court decision to hold a new recount was unconstitutional and Bush was the winner.

I say this because of what the decision was, "a divided Supreme Court ruled that the state of Florida's court-ordered manual recount of vote ballots in the 2000 presidential election was unconstitutional."

Hope this helps!

It decided that the Florida Supreme Court Decision to hold a new recount was unconstitutional and bush was the winner. This is because I got it right in the quiz.
