The barriers to exercising can be classified as laziness, non-persistence, and low hopes. Most of the barriers are excuses because it isn't really a real condition, it's something people consider as a barrier for themselves by themselves.
Some barriers are legitimate,such as having broken bones,or the doctor told you not to. And in other cases they can be excuses like saying you can't work out because you have a headache.The biggest barrier has to be laziness, and that steams from motivation.Finding ways to be motivated can be very helpful in overcoming your barriers.
