A person must not use the cut or copy buttons or keyboard shortcuts in order to be done. To cut and paste, the selection using the drag and drop method, click the border that surrounds the cells selected and drag to a new location. An outline of the cell range will follow the mouse pointer as it is being drag showing that where the range will insert itself when the mouse button is being released.
