If they work together, how quickly can they make one pencil topper? Round your answer to the nearest tenth of a minute.

You have to solve the following equation:

[tex] \frac{t}{9}+ \frac{t}{10} =1[/tex]

The answer you get is [tex]t= \frac{90}{19} [/tex] which is about 4.7 minutes!
