Something which is used to prove or disapprove something is called evidence. It is classified into several types:
1. the direct
2. the Indirect or Circumstantial Evidence
3. Real Evidence
4. Personal Evidence
5. Original Evidence, and
6. Unoriginal Evidence or Hearsay Evidence.
Of the above mentioned types, the first two are considered main types:
1. Direct evidence. They are testimonies made by some individuals, who speak from his or her experience or personal knowledge of the crime. It declares that a certain fact exists.
2. Indirect or circumstantial evidence. This requires an inference to connect to a fact or conclusion. In here, it is harder to deduce that a fact exists.
