Abraham Tamir believes that for Palestinians to regain control they should not have wars with Israeli. He claims that Israel has a political desire for peace and that with political negotiations land can be regained. If wars are started, the wars will just work against Palestinians because Israel is better suited for war and might want to take even more land.
