It would be opinion. It is what some person thinks. It has not been proven by facts. Some one could think that not all generals make good presidents. Because there could be a general that runs and wins president but he could be a horrible president. Then there could be a general that runs and wins president and he is a really good president like George Washington. The do u agree or disagree is ur opinion.
