Is it bad to go to sleep at about 9 or 10 and wake up at 6:30 to do something that you really dont need to do so early in the morning like video games or watching tv is that good,okay,or bad for your health
well this is a hard question it's yes or no because what if you never get up on time for school and this is the first time you get up on time and you play video games to stay up so you don't go back to sleep and it's bad because well sometime's it does tire you so just don't play to much video or a lot of tv
