If you are referring to Hamlet's "To Be or Not to Be" soliloquy, then the answer is (C).  In this soliloquy, Hamlet is not concerned about Fortinbras, Ophelia, or getting revenge.  Here, he realizes how pointless - and minor - his existence is in the scheme of the universe.  He comes to see, then, that his revenge - in the grand sense - is meaningless.
