Singer Ray J is fighting accusations that he groped a woman and broke a police car window during an incident in May.

Ray J is fighting back after being accused of sexual battery and vandalism earlier this year. During an arraignment in a Los Angeles court Tuesday, Ray J’s attorney entered a not guilty plea to misdemeanor charges of sexual battery, battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and vandalism. The “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star allegedly grabbed a woman’s breast at a bar in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. He was arrested after he refused to leave. Ray J then reportedly kicked out the window of a police car and spit on an officer. If he’s convicted, he could face up to four years behind bars.

Ray J’s next court date is on August 28th for a pre-trial hearing.
