This is totally random but Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was spotted leaving a restaurant in DC. He had an interesting exchange with a reporter from TMZ and what we learned is that Clarence Thomas knows the paparazzi and his laugh is hilarious. Check it out below.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas let it all hang out after a long lunch Thursday near Capitol Hill.

TMZ photographer got the Clarence Justice on his way out of The Capital Grille at around 3:15 PM. The court justice dined in a private back room with a group of guys.
You gotta see the video … Thomas is in hysterics for most of it, asking why the photographer chose to “photobomb” him. After the photographer identified himself as a TMZ cameraman, the Justice says, “I know you. I’m just giving you a hard time”

From the looks of the video it looks like dreams and sugar was on the menu. LOL!
