T-Boz Sells Mansion For Almost Half Of Original Price

T-Boz has reportedly unloaded the Georgia mansion she almost lost to foreclosure. But TMZ says the TLC singer was forced to sell the house for nearly half the price she paid for it. T-Boz, whose real name is Tionne Watkins, bought the five-bedroom, ten-thousand-square-foot home for one-million-122-thousand-700-dollars in 2001, but sold it for only 680-thousand-dollars. Back in 2008, sadly the house was almost put up for auction when Watkins failed to make her mortgage payments on time. She was able to hang on to it for a while, and eventually filed for bankruptcy last year with the mortgage being her main source of debt. Just so yall know the singer moved to LA to make a new start, and no longer lives in the ATL at all… She is said to be working on new music and the move about her life.
