The 911 call has been released after Rick Ross‘ car was shot at 20 times early Monday morning. He is taking the issue very seriously and as reported earlier today he has hired a 24 hour armed security team. Listen to the call inside.

TMZ reports a woman who called into 911 to report the drive by shooting at Rick Ross’ Rolls Royce early Monday was fearful she was in danger and even hung up during the call. A woman inside of a nearby restaurant called 911.

Woman reported to 911:

“I just heard a bunch of gunshots go off … and a car sped by.” She interrupted the operator saying, “Oh my god, they’re turning around and coming back … I’m hanging up.” As the operator tries to ask more questions the woman says, “They’re coming back … I’m hiding.” The woman hung up the phone.

Ross crashed his car into a building as he lost control during the shootings.
