Wiz Khalifa’s breakout hit “Black And Yellow” earned him the top prize at Wednesday night’s mtvU Woodie Awards. The emcee was in Austin, Texas where he picked up the award for Woodie of the Year. Prior to accepting the award, Wiz Khalifa treated viewers to a performance of “Black and Yellow” that featured the crowd waving black and yellow towels above their heads. Wiz Khalifa wasn’t the only hip-hop star to walk away with a little hardware Wednesday night, as Kanye West won the Left Field Woodie. West was not in attendance to claim the award.
