Select Macy’s customers from the audience were invited to participate in a fashion challenge and was tasked with styling models for different scenarios, from your dream job interview to a night out with the girls! The two closed with a very touching moment, paying homage to their mentor and sister, Whitney Houston performing “You Give Good Loveâ€; and Monica, killed it at the end. You could definitely see that this was a touching moment for both of them.

Scientists Find Cure for Baldness in Mice and Men
It looks like I will one day have all my missing hair back… A study investigating a new treatment for gastrointestinal disease had an unexpected side effect: It reversed baldness.
Scientists were testing a new chemical compound on mice genetically altered to overproduce a stress hormone known as corticotrophin-releasing factor (CRF), which, among other effects, causes mice to lose their hair as they age.
After five days of daily injections of a newly developed anti-stress hormone, the balding mice were returned to their habitats. Three months later researchers went to gather up the mice for follow-up studies, but their hair-less subjects were gone.
“It was completely unexpected,†Jean Rivier, with the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, Calif., told Discovery News. “They couldn’t identify the mice except for their ear tags. That’s when they realized that they’d grown hair.â€
Follow-up studies on younger mice that hadn’t yet lost their fur showed the anti-stress hormone actually prevented hair loss. Read More »
Booking Agency Sued DMX Over Failed Comeback Tour‎ : DMX Wife Tashera Simmons Martinez Interview
A booking agency is claiming that they’ve lost hundreds of thousands of dollars due to DMX’s ongoing legal troubles. A company called Heavy Rotation is suing the rap star for allegedly failing to live up to their agreement and never taking the stage. According to TMZ.com, DMX and Heavy Rotation reached an exclusive deal last year that allowed Heavy Rotation to book the rapper’s concerts anywhere in the world. However, DMX’s legal problems and his child support disputes led to a lien being placed on his passport. Heavy Rotation says they spent thousands of dollars to cover legal bills and child support hoping that the lien would be removed.
They claim that DMX ruined their efforts by continuing to cause problems. Heavy Rotation also says DMX violated their contract by hiring outside management that tried to book his shows within the United States. DMX’s manager denies the allegations, stating that the emcee decided to no longer work with Heavy Rotation due to some poor business practices. Heavy Rotation is now seeking to recover the nearly 750-thousand dollars they claim they spent on DMX.

Singer El DeBarge Wont Face Charges For Drugs
Singer El DeBarge is off the hook following his arrest this week on drug-related charges. Prosecutors have declined to file a case against the Grammy winner, citing insufficient evidence. DeBarge, who has a history of drug abuse and drug rehab, was arrested Monday afternoon in Encino, California. Undercover officers took DeBarge and a second man in, saying the two were acting suspiciously during an exchange near a freeway. Police reportedly recovered narcotics from an area where DeBarge had been standing. Prosecutors also declined to file charges against the other man, Curtis Freeman, for lack of evidence. Read More »
Bobby Brown’s Family Raise Accusations, Suspicions, Concerns Surrounding Whitney’s Death
Members of Bobby Brown’s family say there are still many unanswered questions and hidden details about Whitney Houston’s death. Brown’s sister, Leolah Brown, tells HLN’s “Dr. Drew” she believes singer Ray J, whom she says Whitney called a “runner boy,” was directly involved in what happened to the legendary singer on the evening she died.
Leolah also casts blame on Whitney’s brother Gary and his wife Pat, saying they should have been watching out for the singer but instead turned a blind eye to her substance abuse. Read More »
Coroner Brings Closure To Whitney Houston Death “Accidental Drowning”
A coroner’s report is bringing closure to the questions surrounding the death of music superstar Whitney Houston. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office issued a report Thursday listing “accidental drowning” as the cause of death. The report also said heart disease and cocaine use contributed to the singer’s untimely passing. Marijuana, Xanax and Benadryl were among other drugs that were found in Houston’s system but were not considered contributing factors in her death. Houston’s sister-in-law and manager Patricia Houston issued a statement saying the family was “saddened to learn of the toxicology results,” but glad to have some closure. Read More »
