Atlanta, GA. 9 February 2016 – Last night, Theory Communications powered an official ATL Grammy Nomination Celebration in honor of renown music executive – Kawan ‘KP’ Prather and his Grammy nominations for Kendrick Lamar’s Album and popular single ‘Alright’. Held at TI’s famous Scales 925 restaurant in Atlanta, 25 of KP’s close friends and family were invited for a private Great Gatsby themed dinner experience with an after party to celebrate all of his Atlanta ‘Grammy Family’.




Super Bowl 50 was full of excitement as the Denver Broncos went head to head with The North Carolina Panthers. It was definitely a good battle to the end, and the Broncos were the reigning champions of the night as they won 24-10. As the game came to an end and the Broncos claimed their title one player in particular was extremely excited for the team winning.

Queen Bey just won’t let us keep calm, the surprises keep coming. Strategically thought out, the day before her big Super Bowl halftime performance, Saturday she slayed us with her new single and video “Formation.” So why was it such a surprise that after she fiercely rocked her performance during the Super Bowl 50 halftime show she announced she is going on a world tour! Yes, “The Formation World Tour” launches April 27th in Miami and will stop in different cities throughout North America, including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Dallas before heading to Europe through July 31. Tickets are set to go on sale February 9th for all of her Beyhive fan club members and February 16 for the general public.

The 47th Annual NAACP Image Awards were held in Los Angeles last night (February 5th) and was hosted by Black-ish star Anthony Anderson. He was one of the many big winners which saw Straight Outta Compton win best film with Michael B. Jordan winning “Entertainer of the Year” for his role in the Rocky spinoff Creed.

The Netflix hit original series, Orange is the New Black, is going to last at least for 7 seasons as the show has been renewed for three more. The prison comedy which serves up its fourth season this summer on June 17th, is coming off winning a few SAG Awards. Uzo Aduba won best actress in a comedy yet again while the show has now twice won best ensemble comedy.

February is a busy month for Lady Gaga, but the “Applause” singer still considers her performance of the National Anthem at the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 7, to be “a dream come true.”

The 29-year-old singer, who will also perform at the upcoming Grammy Awards and Oscars later this month, sat down with NFL.com to talk about what she considers the highest honor.

“I’ve always wanted to sing the National Anthem at a major sporting event since I was a little girl, and for it to be the Super Bowl, it is the ultimate…” Gaga trailed off, adding that she watched and rewatched singers performing the song as a little girl.
