Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are on the move. The celebrity couple is selling their New York penthouse for 17-million-950-thousand dollars. The property spans six-thousand-167 square feet and features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also includes a wine cellar, a gourmet eat-in kitchen, a floating glass staircase, and a master suite with a spa.

Alicia and Swizz purchased the penthouse back in 2010 from rocker Lenny Kravitz for 12-million-740-thousand dollars.

Swizz Beatz is currently working on his sophomore album, “Haute Living.” The record is expected to arrive in stores sometime later this year. Alicia Keys has yet to announce when she’ll release her first album since becoming a mom in October of 2010.
