Apple CEO: Steve Jobs has died At The Age Of 56

Sad news Apple says the company’s co-founder Steve Jobs has died. Many of hip-hop and R&B’s biggest stars took a little time out of their day Wednesday to pay their respects to Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Jobs. Both Diddy and Snoop Dogg sent out an “RIP” tweet, while Q-Tip wrote that he will always remember Jobs as a “genius.” Black Eyed Peas rapper will.i.am wrote that kids should look up to Jobs, noting that the world needs “more innovators.” While Alicia Keys didn’t specifically address Jobs, she tweeted shortly after his passing that she’s sending her “blessings 2 any1 whose lost some1 they love.”

Steve Jobs died on Wednesday at the age of 56. He had been battling pancreatic cancer for several years, and stepped down as Apple’s Chairman and CEO in August.

This is a breaking news story and will be updated as soon as more information becomes available.

Apple and every other computer manufacturer and phone manufacturer is participating in the genocide taking place in the Congo. If you think Steve Jobs didn’t know about it, you’re either completely insane or horribly naive. He knew full well, but was willing to allow his company to participate in that genocide because his greed outweighed his moral character.

That laptop you’re using? Those earphones you’re wearing? That portable gaming system you bought your child? It won’t work without COBALT, and a child was murdered in the Congo for that cobalt. A woman was raped in the Congo for that cobalt. Why? Because these companies want the cobalt, they want it for free, and they’re willing to pay criminals to destroy the Congolese people so that they can have free reign in the region to get the cobalt and other resources for free.

I have no sympathy for this man.

My heart sank when I saw this. We definitely lost a pioneer and a TRUE genius. Give credit where credit is due people. He set the bar for technology.Everyone else pretty much followed and tried to imitate all that he and his company created to their best ability. My hat goes off to you Steve Jobs and my condolences to his family. You WERE and STILL are a TRUE Inspiration. May your soul rest in peace.

  3. Life says:

@ Court, so his company’s participation in crimes against humanity in the Congo should be forgiven because he was an IT pioneer?? That is faulty reasoning and a very sick way of thinking, if that’s what you’re implying.

May the souls of the millions of children slaughtered in the Congo rest in peace. May the souls of the millions upon millions of women raped and slaughtered in the Congo rest in peace.

Jobs and other company executives like him live rich full lives and earn billions of dollars, while they pillage, finance rape, and outright murder and torture in the Congo so that they can steal the Cobalt, Coltan, and Diamonds/OIL of the Congolese.

That Cobalt and Coltan finances our computers, arcade consoles, and mobile phones. And we need to be adamant in demanding an end to that theft-induced genocide. Not applaud the perpetrators of these crimes against humanity for their IT prowess.

R.i.p. I hope apple doesnt suffer from not having the genius that is Jobs to make decisions and guide the company because I can’t live without my mac and ipod and iphone!!

@Life… And you’re typing this message on a what? Computer right? Whether it’s a smart phone, PDA, desktop, laptop or whatever. You’re still using technology that Steve jobs contributed 2. It doesn’t matter if its a Mac or a PC, they all take after one another. I’m not here to bash him, you or anyone for that matter. Just giving credit where credit is due. If Steve Jobs taught us anything, its to “Think Differently “. There is nothing u or anyone else can say to take away from what he’s contributed to the technology world. Period. God Bless.
