Bobby Brown will face a Los Angeles judge today on charges of driving under the influence. The New Edition singer was arrested in October after police spotted him for driving erratically in Tarzana, California. He was charged with multiple counts of DUI including driving under the influence with a prior conviction.
When he was arrested he was driving on a restricted license and was required to only drive a vehicle outfitted with an alcohol-detecting ignition interlock device. In November he pleaded not guilty to the charges. If convicted he faces up to two years in jail.
Brown was also busted for DUI last March. In that case he pleaded no contest and was sentenced to three years probation.
