A lawsuit is being filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs as of April 15,by a man who claims to have been beaten by Diddy’s bodyguards last October at the BET Hip-Hop Awards. The Alleged victim Jabari Tilgham has accused four of Puffy’s bodyguards of assaulting him at an after party at Club Mansion where Tilgham worked as a photographer. Despite their being 12 other photographers present at the party, Tilgham believes he was singled out.

Not only is Diddy being sued, but the other defendants listed in the lawsuit are Bad Boy Entertainment, the four bodyguards and Club Mansion. A club security guard present at the event signed an affidavit confirming the accusations to be true.

As of now Diddy and his camp have yet to release any statements against these allegations, stay tuned we will keep you updated as the story unfolds.

On another note Diddy is currently working hard trying to get casted for movie roles. He has gone far enough to go to his twitter account to get the attention of producers, casting agents, film directors, and writers, to seek him out for hire as an aspiring actor. With his latest cameo on Hawaii 5-0, he says, “I have a dream to be an action star. It’s something that’s fun for me. Getting the chance to do action on such a well-written, well-directed show was a chance I had to jump at.”
