The man responsible for killing the daughter of rap star Juvenile will be spending the rest of his life behind bars. According to the “Atlanta-Journal Constitution,” Anthony Tyrone Terrell was sentenced to two life sentences last Friday after pleading guilty to the crime. On February 28, 2008, a then-17-year-old Terrell got into an argument with his mother, Joy Deleston, and shot and killed her.
The teen then turned the gun on his two half-sisters, eleven-year-old Micaiah and four-year-old Jelani, who was Juvenile’s child. Following Friday’s hearing, Terrell’s attorney, Lyle Porter, remarked, quote, “It’s a tragedy all the way around and I think it’s beyond comprehension. I don’t think anybody will leave this courtroom with any better understanding.”
Juvenile released his ninth studio effort, “Beast Mode,” back in July. The record reached number nine on Billboard’s Top Rap Albums chart.
Wow, I remember when the killings happened. This is so sad. I am glad his azz is locked up for the rest of his life. Such a tragedy.
He’s looking like he don’t care either.
so sad.
This is beyond unbelievable-he gets to sit in jail with free meals, a gym, etc. while everyone else is hurting and trying to deal this mess he made!
he wont be in jail too long unless they put him in isolation…..even prisoners dont like baby killers…..
Trust in this: they are going to wear his tail out in prison. He will soon regret it. He murdered his sisters, his mother and the mother was in law enforcement. There is no safe place for him. My condolences to the family. This was a wicked act. There is no rational explanation for these murders. I am truly sorry.
That’s is sad I feel for the family god bless them.
I knew the mother, Joy and all those kids…we worked on several acting projects together. He was such a nice young man. I’m heart broken again.
