Kim Kardashian and Kanye West wants the court to force YOUTUBE to pay for delaying their legal case after they allegedly leaked the video of their engagement.
Check out the details below.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is going after YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley and is asking the court to make him pay for delaying their legal case against him for allegedly leaking the video of their engagement. Court documents obtained by RadarOnline show that Kim and Kanye is accusing Hurley of stalling proceedings by refusing to share documents and participate in a deposition. The couple’s legal team says that “enough is enough” when it comes to Hurley’s alleged delays. They even call Hurley’s legal objections “without basis” and “offensive.” As a penalty for the setbacks, Kim and Kanye want Hurley to pay over six-thousand-dollars in sanctions for their legal fees.
Kanye West proposed to Kim last October at San Francisco’s AT&T Park. They are expected to tie the knot on May 24th.

Is it that serious that now you need to file legal documents? I hope the court/judge will throw this mess out of its court.
