Multi-talented, Lil Wayne opened up to MTV News and shared his dream of being a sports analyst after 22 years of rapping.“I know y’all want me around for a little bit, [but] Carter V is my last album,†Lil Wayne revealed. “Man, I’ve been rappin’ since I was 8 years old. I’m 30 now, man. That’s a long time, man.†He added, “When I love to do something, I’m fully focused on it and it only. And music sometimes is not that ‘it’.â€
I wonder what the rap game will be without Lil Wayne? I have grown up listening to him spit lyrics.Maybe by him switching over to sports, I can understand what they are saying on ESPN!
“Skating is a world, it’s a world… it’s a life, it’s a world, it’s, it’s own and I didn’t know that,†he said. “I thought it was four wheels and piece of wood. I didn’t know that. Now I know it’s a world and I just wanna be vital in that world.â€
His plans include an independent business venture with fellow rapper Nelly. Nelly has been spotted in Atlanta recently with the King T.I.. “My big brother Nelly and I… him and I we got a sports show coming out. We don’t have a station, we’re just doin’ it ourselves right now,†Wayne exclaimed.
“Tha Carter Vâ€, his eleventh studio album, is expected to drop in 2013. Another album, “I Am Not a Human Being II†will be put in stores February 19, 2013.

I like a lot of his music and respect what he’s done as an entertainer, but I really hope he does retire. I was sick of his music 3 years ago. He’s not growin as an artist and he puts out entirely too much material

LIL WAYNE HAS OUT SO MANY NUMBER ONE HITS UNTIL THE MUSIC INDUSTRY CAN GO WITHOUT HIS MUSIC FOR A MIN… I KNOW HE WILL EVENTUALLY RETURN BACK TO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY THAT IS WERE HIS FIRST LOVE IS AND THAT IS WHAT GENEREATE MORE OF HIS INCOME. DONT GET ME RUN HE HAS ALTERTNATIVE VENTURES WERE HE MAKES MONEY … AT THE END OF THE DAY HE KNOW WHAT IT IS.
