In a post on its Facebook page, clothing label Tripp NYC said the low hanging leopard bottoms Wayne sported during his set were its brand of jeggings — the jeans-look leggings popular with female fashionistas. Taking full advantage of the opportunity, the label was quick to direct anyone seeking to emulate the style to a website selling the leopard print jeggings for under 50-dollars.

Lil Wayne, meantime, is celebrating the release of his latest album “Tha Carter 4” this week, and industry insiders are predicting a big debut for alleged jeggings wearer. The album is projected to sell between 850 and 900-thousand copies by week’s end to give Lil Wayne one of the biggest-selling albums of the year. Here his VMA performance…
