Lupe Fiasco recently hit Atlanta this past week to show up and show out. While visiting the ATL, Lupe had the opportunity to stop by the V103 station to show some love to the Lil Bankhead and DJ Infamous radio segment. While there he informed the people of Atlanta that he will soon be dropping his 3rd studio album entitled “Lasers” on March 8,2011. For exclusive ears only he invited selected individuals out to a private listening party that he would be hosting later that evening.

I had the opportunity to shadow Lupe the entire day and I must say, he is officially one of the “Homies”, by far one of  the coolest and talented brothers out there doing it. Before we headed to the listening party, Lupe made it his business to stop by the homie’s Jason Jeeter exclusive clothing boutique “Strivers Row” to get suited for the evenings event. While there Jason Jeeter had the opportunity to give Lupe Fiasco a little history lesson on these vintage whistle necklaces he was interested in. Next we headed to the main event, If you weren’t at The Sound Table, what can I say, you missed out on good food, good conversation, and most importantly “Great Music” from the man of the hour.
