Ne-Yo is going after his former financial manager for allegedly stealing millions of dollar.

According to court documents obtained by the “New York Daily News,” Neyo accuses Kevin Foster of mishandling his money to the tune of four-and-a-half-million-dollars.  Apparently, Ne-Yo put his finances in the care of Foster, who he says was his “manager, confidant, trusted advisor and friend.”

That trust was recently broken when Ne-Yo found out that Foster reportedly relocated his money without letting him know.  A further look into Foster’s accounting revealed instances of him “engaging in self-dealing and inappropriate conduct.”  Among his alleged wrongdoings are investing Ne-Yo’s money into a water company without his permission and forging his signature on loan documents.

Apart from the four-point-five-million-dollars that Foster lost, Ne-Yo is also suing for the three-and-a-half-million-dollars in fees that Foster earned from him.
