Ray J will face four misdemeanor charges, including one count of sexual battery, for his alleged antics at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in May.  I really thought this was going to blow over but this seems very serious!

Singer & Actor Ray J will be arraigned on four misdemeanor charges including sexual battery in a Los Angeles court today.  Prosecutors slapped him with the sexual battery charge for allegedly grabbing a woman’s breast at the hotel bar.  While wasn’t booked on the charge at the time of his arrest, an investigation uncovered several witnesses who said they saw the singer’s inappropriate behavior.

Previously Ray J was accused of making contact with a woman’s rear end, but police determined the contact was “incidental.”  Apart from the misdemeanor sexual battery charge, the singer was hit with three other misdemeanors, including resisting arrest, assault and battery, and vandalism.

Ray J was arrested after getting combative with hotel staff, who booted him out of the bar.  He was also accused of kicking out the rear window of the police car as he was being transported to jail.  He claimed he kicked out the window because he was claustrophobic.
