Word just hit the net that there’s a new “it” couple in the works that’s right people!

The homie K. Michelle has reportedly professed her admiration for Olympian Ryan Lochte the past few days since he’s been competing for the gold, for the pass few months GlobalGrind reports! My sources who I quickly called after hearing about the rumors told me, “K. Michelle is so happy with life right now, she’s focussed on her music and yes she does have someone special she thinks about, but nothing serious just yet.” He also told me that “She’s working on her new project and filming the reunion show, and people are going to be talking”…

Sources reports The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star and gold-medalist swimmer have known each other for years before his recent sports stardom hit its peak. Because he’s been training for countless hours for the Olympics, and she’s been busy working on her album and doing the press run for the show, — the two have only been able to be “Kandi Koated” on the Phone… I know thats some good Convo … LOL

 

GG reports the message boards and fans of both talents have been going crazy over the rumors that K. Michelle and Ryan could possibly have dated in the past.

But Ryan’s mother recently told Us Weekly that Ryan doesn’t have time for a main chick.

“He’s too busy!” the 27-year-old’s mother told Us Weekly. “He’s so warmhearted that I don’t think he’d want to have a relationship with somebody. I don’t think he wants to get into a relationship. It just wouldn’t be fair to the girl,” she added.

 

Meanwhile K. Michelle’s tweets definitely raised a few eyebrows.

She tweeted:

“OK ITS GOING DOWN THE 2012 OLYMPICS JUST STARTED AND MY POOH @ryanlochte IS ABOUT TO KICK ASS. SO PROUD OF U. LUV YA”

It definitely wouldn’t be too surprising, since Ryan has a whole other hip-hop side to him once he steps out of the pool.

What do  yall think, is K. Michelle and Ryan dating, these two would certainly make for a dynamic duo! Looks like healing to me…
