Registration is now open for the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation’s Leadership & Arts Summer Camp. Applications must be received by May 12. Spaces are limited.
Applications are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The PAC’s Kids Leadership & Arts Summer Camp has provided training and support for youth who aspire to enhance their creative talents since 1999.
During the camps, participants build on a variety of creative abilities through classes in Creative Writing, Acting, Dance, Vocal Training, Set and Stage Design, Business of Entertainment and Video Production.
The skills acquired during the Camp culminate with a Closing Ceremony Production where camp participants showcase their learning experience to parents and friends.
Camp dates for ages 12-18
June 4-July 14, 2012, M-F Doors open at 7:30am, Camp Hours 8:30am-4pm, Pick up 4pm-5pm
Pac’s Kids Summer Show-July 14, 2012 at the the 14th St. Playhouse
Tuition: $350 fee for a new student: $250 fee for a returning student: multi-student discount is $75 off per each additional student. Tuition is a one-time fee and is due once the student has been interviewed and accepted into the camp.

Tuition: $175 fee for a new student: $125 fee for a returning student; multi-student discount is $50 off for each additional student. Tuition is a one-time fee and is due once the student has been interviewed and accepted into the camp.

The Lisa Lopes Foundation will proudly present the 1st Annual Left Eye Music Fest on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Porter Sandford III Performing Arts Center at 3181 Rainbow Drive in Decatur, GA. The family-fun event will fuse and celebrate Left Eye’s original style and eclectic taste in music, fashion, food and fun.
Open to the public, the 1-day festival featuring a kids concert, talent showcase, fashion show and star studded tribute concert, will be proceeded by the invitation-only Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes Press Reception and Legacy Celebration on her birthday; Saturday, May 27th.
Proceeds from the exclusive reception and Left Eye Music Fest will benefit the programs and initiatives of the Lisa Lopes Foundation.
The 1st Annual Left Eye Music Fest (#LEMF) was envisioned by Lisa’s younger siblings; Ronald and Reigndrop Lopes to commemorate the legacy of the critically acclaimed artist.
The annual event will rally fans, arts and entertainment and national communities to offer a philanthropic & interactive live media experience to the masses, in Lisa’s honor.
“Lisa is a musical icon and it’s only fitting that we remember her talent and contributions with a creative showcase of all the things my sister loved; music, fashion, food and family,” said Reigndrop. “It will be an event to remember!”
