Bobby is ready to kick Whitney’s ass after she put him on blast… Bobby Brown has signed on for a reality show and spoken out against the Whitney interview with Oprah. It comes as no surprise that his unhealthy self is back in the news right after Whitney threw him overboard :

Sources close to the situation say that Brown is all signed up for the next season of…… the VH1 reality show, Celebrity Fit Club — along with several stars… Our friends over at Bossip.com are reporting….

He spoke out to try to tell his side of the story…

“I think we corrupted each other…I don’t think she hurt me or I hurt her in any way. I just think we had a 14-year marriage that had its ups and downs, and not many people understood it. I used an awful lot and can’t take that back. It’s a powerful drug. I just think I was bored. I had just gotten married, and things [weren’t] right and I turned to alcohol and drugs.”

As Bobby Brown’s good news comes out about the birth of his new child, so does some good news for his ex-wife. Arista Records has announced that Whitney Houston’s seventh studio album will be released on September 1st. The still-untitled album is Houston’s first in seven years, and will follow her 2002 release “Just Whitney.” During her seven-year hiatus, Houston’s personal life became the subject of a number of headlines. She underwent treatment for substance abuse, and divorced husband, singer Bobby Brown, in 2007. Houston’s most recent public performance was in February at a pre-Grammy party where record producer Clive Davis announced that she was primed for a comeback. She worked on her album in LA, New York, and ATL.

Allegedly Bobby Brown was kidnapped once while he and Whitney Houston were married.  David Collins, a former gang memeber, wrote in his autobiography that (no clue on how he’s related to Bobby and co.), Bobby was abducted due to a $25,000 debt to a drug dealer, and bound and gagged at gunpoint by members of the Preacher Crew, a New York street gang.  The kidnapping occured in 1993 when Whitney was at the pinnacle of her career.  The incident was kept quiet and the cops were never involved nor was a report filed.  Whitney, disguised in a wig, allegedly paid the kidnappers $400,000 in ransom money to get him back.  

According to TVs’s Extra, Bobby Brown has been sued by his divorce attorneys for $90,217.26. In court papers filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on August 15th, 2008, it states that previous charges and late penalties are due to Brown’s lawyers for their “professional services” during his divorce from Whitney Houston in 2007.
