I had the opportunity to capture images of new recording artist De’Apollo released his new EP noAPOLLOgies at Mansion Elan to kick off the 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards Weekend. Mansion Elan was abuzz for the release of NO Apollogies with some of the hottest artists out today including the homies ASAP ROCKY and 21 Savage!

Atlanta Civic Center was on smash. The BET Hip Hop Awards started off with a bang with Wiz Khalifa performing, Work Hard, Play Hard and guests Jeezy and Juicy J stopping by to make the bands dance.

Roscoe Dash took to twitter to express his feelings about not getting credit for work done with Wale as well as work done on the GOOD Music “Cruel Summer” Project. Roscoe is claiming that he wrote the chorus for Wale’s hit song”Lotus Flower Bomb” a long time before he was even signed with Maybach Music. Noone has responded to these accusations except Miguel who is one of the artists that recieved credit for writing the hit song  along with Wale , and also sings the chorus. With such personal involvement in the project I guess he felt obligated to speak on the situation.

Big Sean released his new, highly anticipated, mixtape “Detroit” on yesterday. The product of city’s northwest side is also unveiled a song with Kanye West and Jay Z called “Clique” as reported by MLive. Kanye’s website posted a cover art photo over the Labor Day holiday weekend, and it drew an enthusiastic response on Twitter from Big Sean.
