 Whitney Houston’s ex-husband, Bobby Brown, briefly appeared at her funeral before being harassed by the church and leaving. Source say Brown arrived as the service began. He walked to the casket, touched it and walked to the back of the New Jersey church Saturday.
Security guards were saying Brown would be seated but the people he arrived with had to sit apart from him. Instead, Brown left and appeared upset. A message seeking confirmation of whether Brown was invited to the private service was sent to Houston’s publicist.
Houston died Feb. 11. A cause of death hasn’t been determined. Houston and Brown were married 15 years and have one daughter. In 2003, police responding to a domestic violence call about Brown found Houston with a cut lip and bruised cheek. Their tumultuous relationship ended in 2007.

They have treated him so horribly throughout this whole situation….u can see just how nasty people can be when someone dies, guaranteed! What they don’t realize is people are going to remember the way they treated the father of Whitney’s daughter. No matter what happened between them…they still loved and had respect for one another. She sang at his dads funeral not too long ago. They should have had more respect for him and if not respect him at least acknowledge him. They acted like he didn’t even exist and that’s wrong. I just hope they aren’t feeling Bobbi Kristina’s head up with a bunch of negative things….

Her family are being down right pitiful. Most blame him for “getting her hooked on drugs”, but you can’t make anyone do a damn thing that they don’t want to do in most cases), my family blamed my ex for the shit I used too do, and you know what? They were dead ass wrong, I made a choice to break the law, he didn’t make me do a damn thing, and Whitney has her own m ind, just like I did, and still do. Her family needs to grow the hell up!
at the end the day Whitney loved Bobby Brown. PERIOD POINT BLANK!! I feel like Cissy Houston made the whole funeral about her and Dionne Warrick. What happened to the funeral being about Bobbi K since she is the sole heir to Whitney’s estate? Whitney would not have wanted Bobby to be treated like that, but SHOUT OUT TO BOBBY BROWN for exhibiting class. He exited without making a scene and for that he has my respect to the end. Cissy Houston will pay for her childish ways because Bobbi K loves her father despite how she is trying to block him out of her life. Whitney was just hanging with Bobby last week with Bobbi K or did her family forget to remember that they still had respect and love for each other. I was very disappointed at her family and how they chose to block Bobby out of the funeral. What is even more disturbing is that the whole Winans family was there, but Bobby could not bring his 9 guests. C’MON SON!!!

People need to watch the interviews she did where she admitted she was on drugs before she got with bobby…she introduced him to hard drugs…new edition said it too…she also admits that she was her own worse enemy. They cannot blame him for something he didn’t do. Did they have a drug problem? Yes! Could they get clean while married.? Clearly not. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that they love each other, still had a respect for one another. But like I said when someone dies people can get downright nasty. They should have let him and her siblings b there for Bobbi Kristina. But they were selfish.but in the end they’ll have to answer for it…from boobi kris…Whitney….and god
I don’t care what people say. Bobby was totally wrong for leaving. If he was asked to move 20 times he should had. If he had to sit in the back row he should had. Hell if he was asked to stand outside he should had. People would have had more respect for him. My point is… Bobby should had put his pride aside and been there for his daughter. It wasn’t about him. I watched the entire Homecoming and Whitney’s family wasn’t even there when things went down. Bobby just being Bobby. Such a coward. How sad…
