Eva Marcille hosted an intimate “Beyond the Runway” private dinner at the Belaire House in Atlanta. She brought together supporters and partners to thank everyone who helped with her recent community giveback.
Beyond the Runway is Eva’s ongoing conversation about the business side of fashion. She launched it last fall during New York Fashion Week with investor Dr. Jatali Bellanton, built around a simple message: there’s no fashion without finance. The idea is that looking good isn’t enough, you have to learn how to fund your dream and keep it going.
Bringing it home to Atlanta made sense. Eva went to Clark Atlanta University before winning the third season of “America’s Next Top Model” at 19, and she has called this city home for years, from her time on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” to her work in the community.
The dinner at the Belaire House was her way of saying thank you to the people who showed up for her giveback. It was intimate, classy and full of good energy, and Eva looked every bit the supermodel she is.

Fashion Meets Finance
A lot of talented designers and models never get to build lasting businesses because nobody taught them the money side. Conversations about funding, ownership and planning can be the difference between a hot moment and a real brand that lasts.
Eva has lived both sides, from the runway to running her own ventures, and she uses her platform to share what she has learned. Taking time to thank the people who helped with her community work also shows the kind of leader she is.
