Rasheeda and Kirk Frost of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta officially reopened their Pressed boutique at Phipps Plaza. It brings the brand full circle, back where it first started.
Pressed Comes Full Circle
Rasheeda and Kirk Frost have been building businesses in Atlanta for years, and Pressed, Rasheeda’s fashion boutique, is one of the brands fans know best. Reopening at Phipps Plaza, where the brand first started, made this a special moment for the couple.
Fans first got to know Rasheeda as a rapper and later as one of the longest-running cast members of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” where viewers watched her and Kirk build their family and their business together. Pressed has been part of that story on and off the screen.
Talking With Kirk Frost
I also caught up with Kirk at the reopening. He talked about the journey of the business and what it means to see the store back in the place where it all began. Watch the video to hear him in his own words.
Phipps Plaza is one of Atlanta’s best-known shopping destinations in Buckhead, and having a Black-owned boutique there is a big deal. Supporting local businesses like this keeps money in the community.
