Beyoncé is giving back again. Her BeyGOOD Foundation just awarded a $50,000 grant to In a Perfect World, a nonprofit that helps young people grow into leaders through education, creativity and community service.

Led by Manuela Testolini, In a Perfect World works in eight countries. The group says it has touched 50,000 lives, supported 35 school projects, helped more than 500 high-poverty classrooms and organized over 20,000 hours of youth-led service.

The grant will help the nonprofit expand its youth leadership and education programs to reach hundreds more kids, at a time when many schools are losing funding for after-school programs. Testolini said the money couldn’t have come at a better time.

Salute to BeyGOOD. Which celebrity do you want to see step up next?
