Chris Brown Headed Back To Court Over Community Service

Chris Brown will face a judge today to hear whether he is in compliance with his probation. Prosecutors claim the singer has not completed the required 180 days of community service he was assigned after pleading guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Brown was previously in court back over the matter in April, but the judge decided to postpone a ruling because more information was needed.

Chris Brown is gearing up to release his sixth album, “X.” Due out July 16th, the album features collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj, Wiz Khalifa and Jennifer Lopez. Brown has already released the album’s first single “Fine China,” which has peaked at number 31 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
