This isn’t going to be that good of a year for Shawty Redd, it seems like he’s got his self in a whole lot of mess. Shawty Redd is like one of Atlanta’s top hood producers. He’s done songs like Snoop Dogg’s – “Sensual Seduction” and OJ Da Juiceman “Stupid”. In the early morning of New Year’s day 2010 while Demetrius Stewart, professionally known as Shawty Redd, was at his home he got into a argument with one of his guest which quickly got out of hand. The guest who’s name was not given threaten violence against Shawty Redd.
Shawty Redd feared his life and felt his life was in jeopardy and retrieved his firearm for what he called self-defense. As a result someone was shot and killed. Immediately, thereafter Shawty Redd went to the Henry County Police Department and surrender himself. At approximately, 5:30 PM crime scene units were seen leaving Shawty Redd’s house in Henry County.
