A new book about Whitney Houston is on the way — from a definitive source. The singer’s mom, Cissy Houston, has inked a deal with HarperCollins to publish her memoir.
The book will provide an insider’s look into the life of the late pop superstar. In what’s being described as an “unabridged and unbelievable story,” Cissy will shed light on Whitney’s childhood, her extraordinary talent and rise to fame, and her marriage, as well as the personal battles she faced along the way.
Cissy says that her goal with the book is to give fans “a deeper understanding” into her daughter’s true story.” The still-untitled project is scheduled to hit stores on February 15th, 2013.

Cissi is such a hyprocrite. Writting tell all books, and reality shows, she was strongly aganist before Whitney died. What else can she tell us about Whitney that most people don’t already know? I guarantee you she won’t be mentioning anything about Whitny’s drug problem. If she does, she’ll be blaming Bobby Brown. Tell the truth Cissy, you need the damn money.
