Diddy is currently looking into a new real estate property and may be trying to out bid producer Jerry Bruckheimer.
According to TMZ, the father of six took a tour of the 19, 590 square-foot location originally owned by Columbia Pictures founder, Harry Cohn, and was interested in submiting an offer. The only problem is, Bruckheimer is already scheduled to close on the property on Jan. 17, but Diddy may stop the proceedings if he decides that he wants the house.
Even with a net worth ranging in the hundreds of millions, the Harlem native isn’t looking to go for broke on a new residence, add wants to drop around $15 million on a new purchase. In the meantime he’s been looking at a bunch of palatial pads, including a $19 million 10-bedroom,11-bathroom $19 million Bel-Air estate.
I dont think this a good idea diddy trying to outbid your rival on a current legal law suite you have pending. If you truly want the house go for it but if you doing it out the malicious of your heart leave it alone you will get a chance to get the house if you win the law suite.
