(9/16/20100) A central Florida man went to jail after boarding a Seminole County school bus threatening to harm the students who bullied his daughter. But he had every right to…Jones told deputies a student threw an open condom in his daughter’s hair and kids were laughing at her. His rant bought him a trip to jail. James Jones ordered the kids aboard the bus to sit down, and after asking his daughter to identify the kids who had been bothering her, threatened to kill a child who “fought her”. The whole incident was caught on tape by the security cameras on the bus. The driver is shown allowing Jones on the bus, and doing nothing as he makes his threats. Video later obtained by CBS affiliate WKMG showed a student picking up what appeared to be a condom from the aisle of the bus, and dropping on Jones’ daughter’s hair. The bus erupted into laughter as the girl tried to get the condom out of her hair.

Way to go DAD!!! Next time, report it to the police and the school first. This way you will have a documented paper trail…before you start whipping asses. You may still catch a case but at least this will help with your defense.

WOW. I think I might have reacted the same way if it were my daughter.
I think he should not have threatened the bus driver and he should not have cursed at all. i know he was probably upset but you have to think before you react!!! Everyone can understand a father protecting his daughter and in this day and time thats is good to see. But the way he went about it was all wrong. He could have simply spoke with the school, the driver and the kids like he had some sense.
My daddy would have taken it a step further and follwed the kids home and addressed their parents. I’ll never forget the day my mom chased this chic up Nostrand ave in Brooklyn waving a machete! RIP ma!
The dad had the right to protect his daughter. I bet you she won’t get flucked with no more. When it comes to my daughter I’m the same way. I know the boy was scurred.

This news article left out that the girl had cerebral palsy and the dad had already spoken to the bus driver and to the school whom both did nothing about it.
